Aru Wheat wall tile, a uniquely glazed and highly textured porcelain tile available in a 100×100 format.
Made in Japan, the Aru series features a textured, tactile surface that is a reference to the clay and straw walls found in traditional Japanese villages. We have replicated this look using a mix of three different grained clays in the bisque for roughness and then adding iron particles during the kiln process for the reactiveness of the glaze.
The series is available in three gloss glaze colours – a milky Snow white, the warm earthy tones of Wheat or a deep, rich Olive hue. Add some drama to your walls with this bespoke range of tiles.
